Please read these Terms carefully. Trade Royale is a competitive game that uses simulated, play-money trading. It is not a brokerage, exchange, or financial service, and nothing in the Services is financial, investment, or trading advice. See our Risk Disclosure.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. Do not use the Services where prohibited by law.
2. The Services
Trade Royale is a real-time competitive trading game. Matches use simulated, play-money balances and real-time or synthetic price data solely to power the in-game chart. No real money is deposited, traded, withdrawn, or at stake, and we do not execute orders on any real market. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and do not share, sell, or transfer accounts. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Virtual items
In-game balances, ranks, battle-pass tiers, and cosmetics are virtual, have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. There are no purchases at this time.
5. Competitions and fair play
Matches and tournaments are skill-based. Your use of competitive features is also governed by our Competition Rules and Community Guidelines. We may suspend or ban accounts and revoke rewards for cheating, manipulation, or collusion.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use bots or automation, create multiple or shared accounts, collude to manipulate outcomes, exploit bugs, upload unlawful or harmful content, or disrupt the Services.
7. Intellectual property
The Services and their content (excluding your content and third-party market data) are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial play.
8. Market data and third parties
Real-time price data is provided “as is,” may be delayed or inaccurate, and is for in-game use only. Trade Royale is not affiliated with or endorsed by any exchange or data provider.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
Until Trade Royale is incorporated, these Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s country of residence. The definitive governing law and venue will be finalized and updated here upon incorporation.
12. Changes and contact
